The current COVID-19 global pandemic is unlike any event we have seen in at least a hundred years. While there is some research coming out of other countries related to coronavirus around health and behavior, little is known about what is going on in the U.S., at least information that is obtained through or informed by more formal research investigations. This research project is looking to learn more about how individuals living in the United States have experienced the COVID-19 epidemic and how various aspects of their lives might have been impacted. This research will be very useful in better identifying and understanding that impact and then designing mental and/or behavioral health interventions to address those issues. It can also be helpful in helping us think preventatively and be more prepared the next time we encounter such an event.
