Dr. Campbell's research focuses on mental health, illness, and wellness among Black Americans.  Specifically, her research focuses on understanding the socio-cultural factors impacting the help-seeking behaviors and service use patterns of Black American men and women experiencing mental health problems, particularly depression.  

sERVICE

 

Dr. Campbell is engaged in various service activities within the University of Georgia's School of Social Work, on the broader campus, and in the Athens and greater Atlanta communities.
